The slammer :(

Faith here - Have ya ever been in the slammer? I got put in there tonight... HMMMPH :( Nothing I did - not even my cute looks or my many puppy kisses would change my daddy's mind from throwing me in there. What did I do? I don't even know!!... Well, I did hear my parents muttering something about me stealing food, but that's what any food obsessed girl does, right? I mean, it was just a little bit -a tiny little morsel, you could say.

What happened is this: My brother is on a special "diet" you could say of the most delicious food on the face of this planet - chicken and rice - YUM! I got a little bit, but he got way more. I finished my food in - hmm probably 5 seconds because I totally thought I could run over to Kosmo and push him out of the way and eat his. He is generally not very excited when I do stuff like that and just lets me get away with everything, so I thought it wouldn't be a big deal.

Then.. .. it happened.. .. ..

I got caught. :(

If that wasn't bad enough, my dad is the one who caught me - not my mom.. He hath no mercy sometimes and before I knew it, I was sitting in a bathroom with a light on for what seemed like the next decade. I overhard my dad saying that since I got in trouble for this same thing yesterday, today's punishment would be 20 minutes. Don't think I didn't get him back though - no way - first thing I did when I got out of the slammer was run over to my brother's dish and lick every nook and cranny clean. That is my job as a sister, ya know? ;) At this point, I am contemplating whether it's worth it or not tomorrow. Part of me thinks I don't want to be put in the slammer again, certianly not for 20 minutes (oh and PS you all should be proud of me - I didn't even shred any toilet paper!), and another part of me - a big huge part - says screw it, life is a game.. play it!!

I've redeemed myself, and that's all that counts right? ;) I mean, who could say no to this?....

Until next time ;)

How cute! Our Jasper tries to steal Marley's food too. He eats in a 3rd of the time and then comes over and intimidates poor Marley by staring him down 2 feet from his food bowl. We have to separate them when they eat otherwise Jasper would be a real big chubbikins.

BTW I love the scarves you put on your puppy. I want to do that with ours but will wait until winter here as it is too hot to accessorize them at the moment. Big cuddles to you both - Marley & Jasper at Cavaliers Corner.

Faith, Kosmo and Sara... thanks so much for your sweet comment. Faith, Pinot is here. I am blowing my kisses to you. :)

Faith, Momo is here. Ha ha ha.... we're in the same boat. You know I have to confess I love to eat! I probably spend five seconds to finish my bowl while my brudder Pinot spends like hours to finish his! Sometime he carries some pieces to somewhere, sits and eats so I jump to his bowl and try to finish his bowl. The problem here is that our pawrents know that so they keep very close eyes on me. Grrr..

Your picture is so cute!
